These are a series of standalone windows programs. Each one performs a little “side function” that may be of use to you. Many of these applications are dependent on AGIS DLLs to function. Therefore they should be placed in \Program Files\AGIS\bin. Then the applications can be dragged to the desktop for easy access. 1. THMRAMP.EXE An application for building thematic color tables featuring ranges within ranges. 2. AGL_REPORT.EXE An application for building a listing of the content of AgLeader yield files. We use this to check field and crop associations and to see how many valid records are in each *.YLD file. 3. AIF_IMPORT.EXE An application for reformatting old Vision v2.5 or Map-X image or VOB files into AGIS format. 4. AUTOLABEL.EXE An application for batch labeling line, point or polygon objects in a *.DDS_DOF file. You can set font size, color and type as well as offset. 5. DOF_DBF EXPORT.EXE An application for transforming a point file into a *.dbf file that contains lat-lon and x,y coordinates as well as all other *.mdb attributes. 6. SOILLABCHECK.EXE An application for testing the format integrity of a soil sample lab file to see if it conforms with the proposed format for lab files. It is used to see if a soil lab file will merged with a soil waypoint file. 7. FARM CONVERT.EXE An application for converting all the contents of a Vision 4.1 farm to an AGIS project. |
